Don't worry, I know how rare actual ninjas are in other worlds, so it's not that surprising! At least these looked like something I'd use if they're made properly!
They're pretty much only in movies and cartoons and comics where I'm from...but I'm glad to know the tools are universal! It sure would've been really awkward to offend you by giving you the wrong things.
